Our campaign is actively organizing the community around issues that matter. Interns will work directly with campaign leadership to identify key opportunities for public action on priority issues, and help residents politically engage. Interns will gain extensive experience working with residents, learn how to plan events, and strengthen their communication skills and policy knowledge.
Start Date: As soon as practicable
End Date: November 8, 2022
Requirements:
- 5 hrs/week average
- Maintain weekly meeting schedule with supervisor
- In-person work in New Brunswick
- Ability to carry out projects independently
- Preferred: personal vehicle for transportation
Responsibilities:
- Work with campaign leadership to identify key opportunities for public action on campaign issues
- Develop and execute plans to organize members of the public around the identified rallying points
- Public outreach and promotion of events
